We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange Outside India
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact.
You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp (+91-8725945444) of your intent to exchange.
Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
